Map Man, by Sam Matamua. I always wanted to make a fake movie poster, this is my first stab at it. This movie is about this strange fellow named Map Man, a big ugly brute of a man who has what appears to be road maps showing through his skin. His freakish size and appearance leave him feared by most, but his heart is pure and he fights on the side of good, and he has one very special power: the ability to always find the way to a girl's heart. |

The Black Forest, by Sam Matamua. I had this picture of some really tall and slender trees that were also kinda creepy looking. So I got the idea to make a haunted forest scene. I knew the format had to be a panorama in order to keep the trees looking tall. Making it black-and-white also was an obvious choice here. Nothing sets the mood like B&W. Then I added some scary looking fog and a mysterious lake of black water and PRESTO, instant haunted forest. |
